The accountabilities for this Specification Technologist are below. 

Key Accountabilities include: 

* Ensure each product has an approved and finalised product specification. 
* Maintain an electronic database of product specifications, which are readily accessible and secure together with a formalised protocol for generating and archiving specifications. 
* Liaise with customer personnel to ensure all customer specific specification formats and technical documentation are completed against customer timelines. 
* Generate an appropriate reference library database of all NPD samples with key details and photographs. 
* Deal and resolve customer enquiries as appropriate. 
* Supplier approval 

As the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and can Work well under pressure. Basic knowledge of legal requirements for food specification is important and an individual who can use their own initiative and has proven time management skills would be ideal.
