This role will cover a range of recruitment & resourcing activities to support both the core business and our clients, including: - Managing job boards, posting adverts, searching for suitable candidates, making initial contact and processing applications - Overseeing the recruitment process, arranging & conducting interviews, co-ordinating feedback and offers of employment for successful candidates - Acting as the main point of contact for key labour clients, ensuring strong communications and relationship is established - Support preparation of job descriptions for all vacancies - Devise and implement KPIs to measure the success of recruitment activities Suitable candidates will have experience of recruitment, either as part of a recruitment agency or an internal company recruiter, preferably within a technical or engineering environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential and a strong sense of initiative with the ability to think on their feet; being both proactive and reactive to fast changing circumstances This position will be based at our head office in Swavesey, Cambridge.
